Light golden in color, visually foretelling that this wine has some weight and verve, a swirl releases the characteristic pear notes of Gris along with citrus blossom and a hint of wild fennel. Zesty to the palate, the wine is also textural and creamy with a reminder of custard or cheesecake, and flavors of Bosc pears, Anjou pears, stone fruit and savory, spice notes.
